Inkopolis' most powerful weapon, the Rainmaker has been stolen by Dark Squid and has partnered with the Octo Militia in exchange to learn the secret of the sanitized goop from the remains of Kamabo Corporation. To stop this deadly alliance, they have to team up with P.M. and a girl enhanced by an enemy from Deepsea Metro's past.
